Some weeks are quiet. This one isn’t!

From summer camps and seaside cinema to seal-whispering and street art, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown is buzzing with activity. Whether you're into history walks, kayaking on the bay, a George Michael tribute, or just want a 99 in Sandycove — we’ve got you sorted.

Here’s what’s in store this week:

  • Coastival kicks off with kayaking, kites and concerts

  • A heartbreaking missed lotto win (check your ticket again? Actually, maybe don’t)

  • Guided heritage walks in Killiney, Blackrock and Dún Laoghaire

  • Loads for the little locals, from Smurfs to summer camps

  • Live gigs galore — Lisa O’Neill, Mick Pyro, Kíla & more

  • Plus: a seal whisperer, a new ice cream shop, and a pub DJ set
